During your brow appointment, your artist will take time to measure accordingly to the Golden Ratio measurement and draw the outline of the shape for you to see. There are a few different tools that we use to measure: the string method and eyebrow caliper.
Step 1: Arrive 30 mins in advance for numbing and paperwork
Step 2: Cleaning the numbing cream
Step 3: Consultation on shape, techniques, color. Please feel free to show pictures of your desired result and how you normally fill them in. Ask any related questions that you like.
Step 4: Measuring brows
Step 5: Draw the outline of shape to show you
Step 6: Refining any necessary details according to your desired result
Step 7: Begin the procedure
Things To Keep in Mind
The outline will appear thicker and bolder than the end result as shown on picture above. It is important that you look/pay attention to your natural hair line and the skin INSIDE the frame.
The color of the pigment will be closely related to your natural brow hair color. With semi-permanent pigment, we can match your natural brow hair or go a shade darker - this would be the sweet spot of pigment heals beautifully.
We do not recommend going lighter than your natural. It will pull warmth, meaning reddish undertone
We do not recommend going 2-3 shades darker than your natural. It will be too cool of a tone and therefore will look ashy
If pigment is either too warm or too cool, we can add a toner and neutralize them and bring them back to a neutral brown. This is especially with brows that have been done before or when you are coming back for your Annual Touch Up.
We recommend coming back once a year for an Annual Touch Up after your second appointment. At the end of the first year, depending on your skin type and how you take care of your brows, the neutral brown tone will get lighter over time.
