Booking Policy for Semi-Permanent Makeup Appointments

Thank you for booking your appointment with MaiLash & Brow Studio. We truly appreciate your business. Each of our artists works by appointment-only, time is important to us. We value your time and we hope you would to us as well. Once a slot is reserved, others cannot book into your slot. In all fairness to our scheduled clients and time management, please read our booking policy to avoid any unfortunate incidents!

Be Prepared

  • Please arrive 30 minute in advance before your appointment time for numbing process. Showing up late will affect the appointment time frame and you will not be numbed as long. Please understand that we have to follow the schedule to ensure that we are on time for other appointments after you. If you would like to be numbed longer, please don't hesitate to arrive even earlier.

  • Please make sure to read Contraindications and Pre-Op Instructions prior to booking! It is your responsibility to plan your other appointments accordingly to the procedure (i.e. Botox, etc.) If you need to cancel or reschedule, 72 hours notice is required to avoid fee.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

  • Due to the high volume of clients, to reserve an appointment, we require $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on all Semi-Permanent Makeup appointments (Eyebrows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner). Please plan your date and time carefully before reserving!

    • Reschedule requires 72 hours advanced notice to avoid deposit being forfeit.

    • Cancelling the initial appointment, deposit is forfeit.

  • No show No Call, FULL service price will be charged.

  • Cancelling or Reschedule touch up appointments less than 72 hours notice will incur a $50 fee to compensate for the loss of time framed being reserved and not fulfilled. This is because other clients usually would need ample time to plan out their procedure to take your spot.

  • An appointment can be rescheduled maximum 3 times. This is because we are usually booked out in advance and too many changes can affect other appointments being booked on the schedule.

  • In the case of emergency, please provide proof with DATE noted for fee waiver.

Booking Policy

  • We do not collect payment in one appointment like others. Payments are made in 3 increments:

    • $100 non-refundable deposit

    • $100 at touch up

    • The remaining at the initial procedure that makes up to the total.

  • If you have previous work done by other places (i.e. eyebrow tattoo, micro-bladed eyebrows, permanent makeup lips/eyeliner), please send in a picture prior to reserving an appointment.

    • If you do not send us a picture prior to booking and we are unable to cover or work on the top of the previous work, your deposit is forfeited for the time spot being booked.

  • In the event that instructions were not properly followed, we reserve the right not to proceed with the procedure and your deposit would be forfeited. These includes:

    • You have one of the listed contraindications due to not reading prior to booking.

    • Not sending in pictures of previous permanent makeup work and we are unable to work with.

    • Not following pre-op instructions (i.e. drinking caffein causing too much bleeding, or Botox on a date that is too close to the appointment, etc.)

    • Booking the wrong date. Please understand that we will attempt on our end to send you email and text reminders to let you know about an appointment that was booked. It is your responsibility to let us know if it was not the intended date before 72 hours.
