Skin Treatment Pre-Care & After-Care

General Studio Note:

  • All treatments require strict sun protection (SPF 30-50) afterwards.

  • Clients should notify their esthetician about recent medical history, medications, or skin treatments.

  • For best results, consistency with after-care + follow-up sessions is key.



Hydra Diamond Facial

Exceptions / Contraindications

  • Open wounds, active cold sores, or infections on the face

  • Severe acne flare-ups or cystic acne

  • Recent facial surgery (within 3–6 months)

  • Recent use of isotretinoin (Accutane) within 6–12 months

  • Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treated area

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (consult physician)

Pre-Care

  • Avoid exfoliating products (AHA, BHA, retinol) for at least 3–5 days prior

  • Do not undergo waxing, threading, or chemical peels within 1 week

  • Avoid sunburns or tanning before treatment

  • Stay well-hydrated

After-Care

  • Do not wash your face for at least 6 hours post-treatment

  • Avoid exfoliation, retinoids, or harsh products for 3–5 days

  • Always wear broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily

  • Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours

  • Use a gentle cleanser and hydrating moisturizer to maintain results


*Recommend: Every 3-4 weeks



Micro-Needless Glow Facial (Micro-Spicule + Galvanic Mask)

Exceptions / Contraindications

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Active acne, eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea flare-ups

  • History of keloids or poor wound healing

  • Accutane use within 6–12 months

  • Recent Botox or fillers (within 1–2 weeks)

Pre-Care

  • Avoid retinol, acids, and exfoliants 5–7 days before

  • Do not wax, thread, or get chemical peels 1 week prior

  • Stay hydrated and keep skin healthy

  • No tanning or sunburns before the session

After-Care

  • Redness and tingling may last 24 hours. It is a normal reaction to the penetration of the spicules.

  • Exfoliation usually starts after 2-3 days, and the skin will slough off finely enough to produce fine flakes, although the degree of exfoliation may vary depending on the thickness of the individual's skin. During the exfoliation process, you may feel a slight tickling or tingling sensation, but you should never touch the skin to allow it to regenerate smoothly and prevent further irritation or infection.

  • Avoid touching, picking, or scratching the face

  • Use only gentle cleanser and hydrating serums/moisturizer

  • Avoid actives (retinol, acids) for 5–7 days

  • Avoid sweating, steam, and hot showers for 48 hours

  • Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily

  • After 1 week, you will notice a change in your skin's appearance to a moisturized, smoother, brighter and healthier skin.


*Recommend: Every 3-4 weeks



Pico Laser Toning Facial

Exceptions / Contraindications

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding clients

  • History of keloid scarring

  • Active acne, cold sores, or infections

  • Recent sunburn, tanning, or chemical peel within 2 weeks

  • Recent Accutane use (within 6–12 months)

  • Clients with uncontrolled diabetes or autoimmune conditions (consult doctor)

Pre-Care

  • Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or self-tanners 2 weeks prior

  • Discontinue retinol, AHA/BHA, and exfoliating products 5–7 days before

  • No chemical peels, microneedling, or waxing 2 weeks before

  • Keep skin hydrated and healthy

After-Care

  • Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks

  • Apply SPF 50 daily (mandatory)

  • Mild redness or darkening of pigmentation spots is normal for 3–7 days

  • Avoid heat (saunas, hot showers, strenuous exercise) for 48 hours

  • Use gentle hydrating products and avoid actives (retinol, acids) for 5–7 days

*Recommend: The first 4 treatments is Once a week, after that is every 2 weeks. Combining or interchanging with Glass Skin Peel or Micro-Needless for best results



Glass Skin Peel (PHA, AHA, BHA blend)

Exceptions / Contraindications

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (unless cleared by doctor)

  • Active cold sores, open wounds, or infections

  • Eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, or highly sensitive skin

  • Recent tanning or sunburn

  • Accutane use within 6–12 months

Pre-Care

  • Discontinue retinoids, exfoliants, and prescription acne meds 5–7 days before

  • Avoid waxing, threading, or laser hair removal 1 week prior

  • Stay out of the sun and avoid tanning for 2 weeks before treatment

  • Keep skin hydrated

After-Care

  • Expect light peeling or flaking for 3–7 days

  • Avoid picking or peeling skin manually

  • Apply hydrating serums and moisturizers

  • Avoid active ingredients (retinol, acids, vitamin C) for 5–7 days

  • Use SPF 30+ daily

  • No sweating, saunas, or swimming for 48 hours


*Recommend: Every 4 weeks



Oxygen Infusion Therapy

Exceptions / Contraindications

  • Open wounds, cuts, or severe active acne

  • Recent facial fillers or Botox (within 1–2 weeks)

  • Skin infections, rashes, or severe rosacea flare-ups

Pre-Care

  • Arrive with clean skin (no heavy makeup or sunscreen if possible)

  • Avoid aggressive exfoliants 3–5 days prior

  • Stay hydrated

After-Care

  • No need to wash the face for at least 6 hours

  • Avoid harsh products, exfoliation, or retinoids for 2–3 days

  • Hydrate well and use gentle products

  • Apply daily SPF 30+

  • May resume normal routine within 24 hours
