How Much Do Eyelash Extensions Cost in Scottsdale? (2026 Pricing Guide)

Updated: 1 day ago

"How much do eyelash extensions cost?" is one of the first questions we get from new clients — and the honest answer is: it depends on the style. Here's what actually goes into the price, and what you can expect to budget for in Scottsdale.

Classic extensions apply one synthetic fiber per natural lash for a subtle, mascara-like effect — the most affordable starting point, though it can shed a bit faster since fewer extensions are applied. Hybrid blends a mix of wide and narrow fans for texture and wispiness without going too dramatic — it's MaiLash Brows' signature style. Volume uses handmade fans of multiple ultra-fine lashes per natural lash for full, bold fullness. Mega volume takes that further for maximum drama and is priced as a $10 add-on to the hybrid/volume base.

What Affects the Price

A few things move the number up or down:

  • Lash artist experience and certification — advanced training and strong retention rates typically cost more, but save you money on fills over time

  • Application time — volume and mega volume sets can take longer than classic, which is labor you're paying for

  • Products used — MaiLash Brows uses feather-lightweight 0.05mm/0.03mm lashes designed for comfort and longer wear

  • Location — Scottsdale and the broader Phoenix metro typically fall in the mid-to-upper range compared to the national average

Don't Forget Fills

The full set is only the first cost. Extensions shed naturally along with your real lashes, so most clients need a fill every 2–3 weeks to keep a set looking full.

4-Week Refill / Recovery Fill

Mini / Emergency Fill

$55

Under 7 days (current clients only)

Minimum 80–90% of extensions remaining

~70 – 80 minutes

Note: First-time fill clients whose set was done elsewhere are booked as a Recovery Fill — if your lashes meet the 3-week fullness standard at check-in, you'll be adjusted down to the 3-week price. After 30 days, a new full set is required rather than a fill.

Add-ons:

  • Lash Removal: $40

  • Fixing: $20

  • Mega Volume upgrade: +$10

  • Lash Shampoo: +$10

  • Color Lashes: +$10

Over a year, regular fill appointments usually add up to more than the initial set — so when you're comparing prices between studios, ask about fill cost and how often they recommend coming in, not just the full-set price.

Why the Cheapest Option Isn't Always the Best Value

A bargain full set from an inexperienced artist often means faster shedding, more irritation risk, and more frequent (and expensive) fills to compensate — which can cost more over a year than paying a fair price upfront for a set that actually holds up.
