MaiLash & Brows is the center of training in Eyelash Extensions & Permanent Makeup. We operate as a salon and growing our clientele through Skills, Quality and Hard Work. MLB is blessed to be one of the pioneers of our industry since 2015. MLB Academy prepares students to be confident in their chosen area of specialty. All of our trainings are designed to be a hybrid of Online and In-person Hands-on Training. Students will study theory online through videos prior to coming in person. This training method allows us to maximize our time with our students effectively in terms of completely focusing on developing skillsets through hands-on. As the result, our students often leave the training feeling fully prepared to work on their own clients. We truly live what we teach. Students also get opportunities to be exposed to a salon environment, get to see how we operate, shadow the instructors on different procedures, get to practice on their own models, and so much more.
Basic to Advanced Nano Brows, Ombre Powder and Combo Brow Training
This training is from Basic to Advanced on Permanent Makeup Eyebrows. It teaches Nano Brows, Ombre Powder, Combo Brows. Suitable for all level artists; because we tailor our training to individual level by spending 1:1 or 2:1 time with our students. New artists get to learn all techniques. Advanced artists will get to expand their skills to the next level.

Lip Blush Training
This training is from Basic to Advanced on Lip Blush. It teaches Natural Lip Blush, Lip Stick Effect, Dark Lip Neutralization. Suitable for all level artists; because we tailor our training to individual level by spending 1:1 or 2:1 time with our students. New artists get to learn all techniques. Complete PMU Training
This training teaches you everything you need to know to start your Permanent makeup career, Brows, Lips, Eyeliner. We tailor our training to individual level by spending 1:1 or 2:1 time with our students.

Tiny Tattoo Training
This training teaches you everything you need to know about basic tattooing. You will learn Fine Line Tiny Tattoo, Solid Shading, Color Ombre. We tailor our training to individual level by spending 1:1 or 2:1 time with our students.

Shadow Opportunity
This option is free for MLB students. If you are not a MLB Student and would like to shadow to expand your skills further, shadow not just our head master artist but also all the artists in the salon. You get to spend a day here, see how we operate as a salon, and ask many questions as you like.
